You have 30 days to return. The 30 day time period starts on the shipping date.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process
    1.    Contact us at info@squeakyhq.com to initiate a return.
    2.    Send the item to the return address on the packs

We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@squeakyhq.com

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days of approval, contact us at info@squeakyhq.com.
